Today I had OS and Algorithms. More talk of computing history and Big-O!

A bunch of organizational things today, I also got some pens and a book at the book store. Went for a good run and played some piano.

I'm never sure how much to put in this weblog. At some point I should probably call it a journal. I guess I didn't spend a whole lot of time on the web today. Well, I am always surrounded by some web of things!

Oh, I almost forgot! This morning I woke up at 5:30am and had some weird mental things going on. But after tethering myself a bit I started reading "Choosing a Question That Has an Answer" from Zhi-Yi Chin's ML Blog. (This more of a note to self because I need to finish reading it). I enjoyed his thoughtful writing. While mowing the grass this summer I listened to a podcast by Imbue on the paper, "There Will Be a Scientific Theory of Deep Learning". I have yet to read the paper or its many associated links, but I found the talk and the idea of learning mechanics very interesting.

It is nearing the end of the day and I am going to go outside now to watch the lunar eclipse!
