Today I had Operating Systems Principles (CSE 30341) and Design/Analysis of Algorithms (CSE 40113).

The book for OS is Operating Systems: Three Easy Pieces which I'm really excited about. I was to read the first two chapters for class today. I like the style a lot so far. I also read An introduction to the Linux boot and startup processes | Opensource.com and ByteByteGo | Linux Boot Process Explained. I can recognize the names of many things, but mostly it is still very abstract and foreign to me.

For Algorithms we are reading from CLRS (4th edition), which I am also glad to see!

My younger self would be so happy to see my Tuesday/Thursday schedule. Quite canonical computer science classes :).
