Today I worked on organizing/understanding/simplifying a bunch of code. Spent a bit of time on Hugging Face looking at models and things. Hoping to use Meta Muse Glimmer 30B that came out yesterday for judging some data. Excited to see how it does! I'm a bit overwhelmed by some of the infrastructure and tools that are still pretty new to me. I guess I sometimes get this fear of the increasing complexity of the world, as though there are towers rising above me faster than I can climb. But then I must remember how new I am, and I try to renew my hope in gaining some stable vantage point from which I'll see the rest more clearly.
